Perfect for BFR with Large Thighs I recently bought these for my girlfriend. Both of us like to do BFR training for our legs, but unfortunately, both of our thighs are fairly large, making smaller wraps impossible to use. Often, we have to opt for knee wraps which are uncomfortable and difficult to use. These bands are a thick elastic fabric, which provides the necessary pressure, but doesn't bundle up like knee wraps. You simply slip them over your legs and train. Simple enough. If you want to build glutes using BFR training, this is seriously the best option.

Very easily adjusted Not sure if this was a coincidence but I felt the burn right away and more than usual. Don't make it too tight if your fingers became numb then it's too tight. Very easily adjusted .
