BFR Bands began when Kusha Karvandi, a personal trainer who studied neuroscience, wanted to help people reach their goals and add another element to their workout. He then wanted to create a product that would deliver the results that people wanted with minimal risk of injury. From there, BFR Bands was created.
At BFR Bands, we grew tired of seeing people constantly injuring themselves at the gym when trying to reach a new goal or hit a new personal record (PR). People want significant gains without unnecessary strain on their muscles.
